Terrence Howard is urging a judge to overturn his alimony payments because he cannot afford the bill. Howard split from his third wife Michelle Ghent in 2011 and their bitter divorce was finalized last year, when he was ordered to pay $5,800 -a-month in spousal support until 2016.

Ghent claims he owes her $325,000 in payments but Howard has alleged in new court documents obtained by TMZ.com that he could never pay her back because he only receives $5,878 -a-month once he has paid spousal and child support to his second ex-wife, Lori McCommas.

Howard has asked a judge to throw out their divorce settlement, claiming he was pressured into signing it. The actor married his fourth wife, Miranda, last year.
