GOOD NEWS! Big Boi Wife Drops Divorce Petition

Big Boi’s wife has apparently had a change in heart in her decision to divorce the Outkast rapper. According to TMZ, Sherlita Patton has dropped her petition to end her marriage keeping the couple’s more than eleven-year union intact. It’s a surprising turn of events, given earlier indications that the split would be less than amicable when Sherlita filed for divorce last October. As she made demands for support and full custody of the couple’s kids, Big Boi, born Antwan Patton, said he wasn’t going out without a fight. Several months later, all seems to be well again in the Patton household. Big Boi even dropped hints last month that the couple had reconciled with an Instagram photo of Sherlita on Mother’s Day. The photo included the caption: “Happy Mother’s Day to my Queen.”
