Man Accused Of Shooting Ex-Wife Surrenders
Christopher Justice has turned himself in. Justice is the man accused of shooting his ex-wife in the parking lot of KinderCare day care on the west side of Indianapolis on Tuesday. IMPD says he surrendered to police in Lexington, Kentucky Wednesday night and detectives will begin the process of bringing him back to Indianapolis in the coming days. Meanwhile, Shirley Justice remains in critical condition with “several of the 13 bullets still embedded inside her.” This incident allegedly stemmed from a custody battle between the two over their child.
