We all know that Usher Raymond doesn’t get along with his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond. But now it looks like he’s kicked her to the curb officially.
The couple finalizing their divorce back in 2009, and Usher let his ex live in the 12,544 square-foot Georgia home they shared, but sold it on Nov. 20, 2013, for $2.2 million, taking a nearly $1 million loss on it.
Usher first purchased the home in 2007 for $3.04 million and while Tameka was allowed to live there after their split, the divorce settlement stated he had the right to sell it at any time as long as he gave her 30 days notice. Originally listing the 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom home for $3.2 million in 2012, Usher continued to lower the price over the years again listing it in Oct. 2013 for $2.65 million, until he eventually sold it in Nov. for $2.2 million.
Usher’s first attempt at selling the house in 2012 came just two months after he was awarded primary custody of the two sons he had with Tameka.
