If you’re not quite in the Christmas spirit, maybe these favorite songs will help bring you holiday cheer. According to a survey, the following are favorites to listen to during this time of year:

  • When it comes to singing karaoke jams, “Jingle Bell Rock” tops the list with 33 percent. Bobby Helms’ 1957 version is definitely a crowd favorite. “Winter Wonderland” was close behind with 20 percent followed by Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”

  • For classic carols, “The Christmas Song” is the number one favorite.  Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire” by Nat King Cole (1946), won 70 percent of the votes. Christina Aguilera’s version that was on her 2001 Christmas album, “My Kind of Christmas,” snagged 10 percent of the votes while Whitney Houston’s R&B, soulful rendition has 8.
