Newly released video shows how a simple traffic stop led to police firing at a minivan full of children.
The Tennessee mother who was driving that minivan and her 14-year-old son are now facing charges in New Mexico, and the state police officers involved are under investigation.
The incident began when Oriana Ferrell was pulled over by a New Mexico State Police officer for going 71 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone.
