Sixers guard Nick Young is being sued by a California woman who alleges that he sexually assaulted her in August 2011, according to multiple reports.

CBSLA.com reports that the woman claims Young drugged her champagne at a Hollywood bar and then proceeded to rape her at his apartment.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against Young and the Crown Bar in West Hollywood.

The woman’s allegations range from sexual battery and false imprisonment to intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. She refers to herself as Jane Doe in the complain, and is seeking damages that are unspecified.

The drug that the woman alleges Young used is Gamma-Hydroxbutyric acid, or GHB — often referred to as the date-rape drug. According to the complaint, the woman was at the Crown Bar in West Hollywood with a friend on Aug. 12, 2011, when Young approached them and offered them drinks. The suit also states that the plaintiff knew Young from two prior meetings.

TMZ reports additional details…

She says Young admitted to having sex with her the night before, but claimed he stopped because she passed out.

According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young — he obliged — and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape.

Following the hospital treatment, the woman says she’s continued to undergo psychiatric evaluations.

Young, 27, is from Los Angeles and spent three seasons at USC. At the time of the alleged incident, Young was a member of the Wizards, who would later trade him to the Clippers in March 2012.
