It’s a sad day in the NBA as Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss has died. According to Fox Sports, Buss died earlier this morning due to kidney failure.
Jerry Buss bought the LA Lakers back in 1979 and had been in the hospital a number of times last year for cancer. He did continue to make decisions for the team up until Nov of last year.
Our prayers go out to Jerry’s family and friends. Jerry Buss was 80yrs old.
