Former NFLer O.J. Simpson requested another trial in the robbery and kidnapping case claiming he had bad lawyers.

The 64-year-old was convicted and sentenced to 33 years in prison after masterminding a break-in on two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel in 2008.

While his appeal to the sentence was denied, he now has a new lawyer, Patricia Palm, who filed the request Tuesday. His hearing for a retrial will be in July.
