Begin with self-love. The truth is that you need to love yourself before anyone else can love you. Write out all of the things people love about you, and write down the things that frustrate or annoy those who love you. This helps to bring to light the cold hard facts about what you do that can push love away. Tell yourself every day that you are good at three things. Practice and nurture those things in your personality, and strive to rid yourself of the things in your life that make you unhappy and bring on mood swings.

Learn to accept love. Low self esteem will rob you of a feeling of deserving love. If you feel as though you don’t deserve the people in your life, you may be inadvertently pushing them away because of it. Stop pushing people away by looking at them and telling yourself that they are good people and that you deserve to have their love

Take fear out of your life. Instead of waiting for someone to disappoint you, learn how to stop fearing love and a successful relationship with someone. Stop pushing people away out of fear, and you can really be happy in love, work, your social life and  at home.
