Florida A&M Expels Students Amid Hazing Investigation
The students are facing misdemeanor hazing charges after reports surfaced that other band members were punched and paddled during initiations rituals which started last September. The expelled students will get an opportunity to appeal their cases before a student judicial committee. Last November, investigartors say the death of drum major Robert Champion was a homicide as a result of hazing. No one has been charged in the case.
