Pole dancing is becoming almost mainstream, but there are still a lot of misconceptions about what it’s really all about. Of course, everyone has their own take on that subject, but as far as I’m concerned it’s a great way to build some incredible strength and have a ton of fun at the same time.
But playing on a pole is not just about the fun factor. Your dance pole is a vertical home gym if you know how to use it properly. In fact, there are a huge variety of exercises you can do on your pole to increase your strength and flexibility, even if you never wanted to dance on it (which I’d find hard to believe!).But no matter which side you’re on when it comes to the whole fitness vs oppression argument, it’s hard to deny that a pole can get you into some pretty serious shape.
