1. Be Grounded, Emotionally
If a man is permitted to, he would rather not change any relationship he is at the moment. It is often the woman’s job to show him that it is time to move the relationship to the next level. To get him to marry you, you need to let him know that life with you is not going to be an emotional roller coaster. Men do not like “drama” in their lives and if he feels that there is too much of that going on in your relationship at the moment it may take him a lot longer to propose than you want to.
2. Don’t Talk About Marriage All the Time
Now this may be a little hard to do especially if you think that it is time you talk about it. However, in the end you can get him to marry you if you do not talk about marriage all the time you are together. Give him the freedom to open up the subject. However, you can always give hints that you do want to spend the rest of your life with him. Instead of talking about what your dream wedding will be, include him in your future plans. Talking about marriage constantly may do the opposite.
3. Be Fun and Adventurous
Another way to get him to marry you is to let him realize that although you want to settle down the fun in your relationship will not go away. Men tend to associate marriage with being tied down and having less fun than when they were a bachelor. Show them that you two can still have the same amount of fun, or have more fun, even if you get married. Plan activities that you will both enjoy as a couple or make some time to do things that you know he will love like going to the game with him, hanging out with his friends or doing some outdoor activities.
