Grandma Virginia was visited by members of the exhibition basketball troupe on Tuesday at the Roots Public Charter School in Washington D.C., where McLaurin volunteers as a foster grandma for the children. During a recent game in Honduras, 6-foot-4, 217-pound Harlem Globetrotter, William “Bull” Bullard finished off an alley-oop by hanging onto the rim when the entire backboard came down and nearly crushed Bullard.
