The teen suspected of shooting nine people in downtown Indianapolis while Indiana Black Expo’s Summer Celebration events were taking place will face charges as an adult . The suspect, 17-year-old Shamus Patton, appeared in court this morning.
The teen “Patton” was officially charged with 12 felonies and two misdemeanors.
The attorney for Patton asked the judge for a gag order to be issued in his client’s case.
