IMPD: Police Investigating Fatal Shooting

INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police are investigating after they say one person was shot and killed early Saturday morning.
Officers apparently found the injured individual on East 49th Street around 1:15 a.m. He/she was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but did not survive.
Specific details about this incident have not yet been released.
