INDIANAPOLIS –Bradley Jones caused over $500,000 in damage to vehicles and property at NeighborCare of Chapel Hill, a senior living community on the west side of Indianapolis, but he will not serve jail time.

Jones pleaded guilty to one count of criminal recklessness, while 33 misdemeanor counts were dismissed as part of a plea deal.

Last September, he vandalized 57 cars, slashed tires, and broke windows. In one incident, a woman reported that a brick crashed through her window while she was working at an art desk, striking her in the face.

Jones received a one-year probation sentence, which includes serving the first 90 days on GPS monitoring and a stay-away order from the neighborhood. However, he will not pay restitution due to a lack of funds.
