*The 2010 Time 100 gala, celebrating Time magazine’s 100 “most influential people in the world,” will take place on May 4 with music legend Prince among the scheduled entertainment.
Country superstar Taylor Swift and “Saturday Night Live” comic Andy Samberg are also on the bill, according to the New York Post. Former President Bill Clinton will be on hand as a speaker.
Among Time’s “most influential” list this year are Sarah Palin, Ben Stiller, Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow and chef David Chang.
The issue with the full list – also including President Barack Obama, impresario Simon Cowell and tennis star Serena Williams — hits newsstands next Thursday
