Tiger Woods Sued For Wrongful Death Of Restaurant Employee

Tiger Woods and girlfriend Erica Herman are being sued for the wrongful death of an employee at The Woods restaurant in Jupiter, Florida.  The parents of 24-year-old Nicholas Immesberger are suing the restaurant, Woods and Herman, who manages the establishment, after their son drank alcohol at the restaurant just before he was killed in a single-car accident in December.  The lawsuit says Immesberger’s blood-alcohol-level was point-two-five-six, more than three times the legal limit in Florida.  The suit alleges that Woods, Herman and other employees knew Immesberger had a drinking problem but would regularly overserve him during and after his shifts.
