The eldest son of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is reflected on his father’s legacy Sunday ahead of the national holiday honoring his memory. Martin Luther King the third spoke about his father’s visions for America at the National Cathedral . Speaking to a packed house at the National Cathedral in the nation’s capital, MLK the third said his father always fought for community, not chaos. MLK Jr. the third said his father’s last book was called “Where do we go from here: Chaos or Community?” The 61-year-old said obviously his father wanted us to achieve community. Today is the 33rd national observance of MLK Jr. Day.
