Lower gas prices are coming just in time for Christmas. Pump prices are falling thanks to plunging oil prices. According to Gas Buddy, drivers in as many as eight states should be able to fill up for less than two bucks a gallon by the weekend. Triple-A says the national average for regular is now two-dollars-36 cents. A decade ago, the national average topped out at over four dollars a gallon.
