With the Inauguration of our new President Trump this week, it only seems right to get the kids out and learn about of the men that made this country great.  Below or a few celebrations happening tomorrow/today to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

  • Martin Luther Kind Day of Celebration at Walker Theatre
    • The Indianapolis Urban League’s breakfast begins at 8:30am, followed by the Freedom March and much more.  To go thewalkertheatre.org for more information.
  • Free admission to the Indianapolis Zoo.

    • Admission is free with a donation of a non-perishable food item for Gleaners Food Bank from 9a-4pm plus FREE parking. Visit indyzoo.com for details
  • Free admission to the Childrens Museum of Indianapolis
    • Storytelling, performances and much more to celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  Admission is free all day
  • Free admission to the NCAA Hall of Champions
    • Join us at the NCAA Hall of Champions where you can view the documentary film Game of Change and take part in a one-of-a-kind scavenger hunt.
