Aretha Franklin is know for soul stirring voice that moves generations. Did you the Queen of Soul was the first African-American to appear on the cover of Time Magazine in June 1968. During this age of social justice and demand of equality Aretha provided the sound track. At the time she was the top-selling female recording artist with hits like “Think,” “Chain of Fools,” and “Since You’ve Been Gone.”

And to this day, Aretha is still setting records and moving the crowd!
