This definately sounds like a topic for the “Dr. Phil” show.  Talk show host and psychologist Dr. Phil McGraw is being sued by a former staffer who claims he held her and 300 others hostage to find out who was leaking stories to the media.  TMZ reports that Leah Rothman said she was called in on her day off and joined the other employees in a room, where she said McGraw ordered the doors locked and verbally assaulted them.  She claims she suffered emotional distress from the berating, that she was unlawfully imprisoned and had to quit because of the incident.  She claims McGraw said he had contacted the federal government because the information went over state lines.  Rothman also claims McGraw and his staff already knew the source of the leak, but intended to make a point.  She said an executive told her McGraw enjoyed scaring his employees.
