Hillary Clinton Addresses National Council for Behavioral Health Conference

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton is unveiling a huge infrastructure spending plan to boost job creation. This week she’ll call for a $275 billion increase in infrastructure spending over five years. The spending will be paid for through changes in the way businesses are taxed. Clinton’s camp believes the plan could spur billions of dollars-worth of private investment in infrastructure.
