#WTLCIndyNews: Gates Foundation Partners Today Tor Raise Funds For School Supplies For Needy U.S. Schools–How You Can Help

Many of America’s school classrooms will be getting a much-needed assist in this new school year from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and website DonorsChoose.org. The Gates Foundation will be matching all donations received today–Friday, August 21–at DonorsChoose.org, up to $1 million. Charles Best, the chief executive and founder of DonorsChoose, says America’s public schools shouldn’t be short of supplies. Most of the donations will go to high-need schools and you can give any amount you want to a specific project.
