Serena Williams beat her older sister Venus Williams in a Grand Slam match. This was the first time in 6 years since they’ve played each other to reach the Wimbledon quarter-finals.
“It’s never easy to play someone you love and care about,” said the world number one. “You just play for the competition and enjoy the moment.”
After their match, Serena and Venus gave each other a long sisterly hug on the court.
