Yeah “Empire” fans, your girl Taraji is on her way back to TV. But, save you’re milk–not as Cookie. Following her breakthrough matriarchal role in the Fox hit “Empire,” the actress is set to return to her former home–the CBS drama “Person of Interest.”
Taraji played Detective Joss Carter from 2011 to 2013 on the popular drama. However, her character was killed off at the end of the third season, but she will now return to the show in the form of a flashback for one episode only on April 14. Mark your calendars…again Taraji Alert!…April 14 she’ll be on TV. <<<How do we make that sentence flash?
The guest role comes just after Taraji helped “Empire” become one of the biggest shows of the season. “Person Of Interest” airs Tuesdays in Indy on CBS-4 at 10 p.m. Eastern.
