- ½ medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups grated Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese
- Sour Cream (optional)
- Tortilla Chips (optional)
- 2 tablespoon of Chili power
