Kanye West To Perform At 1^st Annual Roc City Classic In NYC

Here’s a lovely treat during the crazy all-star weekend: Kanye West is performing a free concert for fans during the NBA All-Star Weekend. Roc Nation announced the first annual Roc City Classic being held in New York City, starring ‘Ye and Oklahoma City Thunder’s Kevin Durant.

The event will take place on Feb. 12. Roc Nation made the announcement via Instagram and Twitter to fans, where they can learn more about how to obtain tickets for the free event. The NBA All-Star weekend kicks off Feb. 13 until Feb. 15 at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn and Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.

Meanwhile, word on the street is West will finally unveil his much-hyped  Addidas sneaker collection that day during New York Fashion week.

Is the number one diva of The Real Housewives of Atlanta handing in her peach? RHOA‘s NeNe Leakes is causing quite the stir by stating she is possibly leaving the hit Bravo franchise. In an interview with In Touch Weekly, Nene tells the tabloid she isn’t sure if she will return for another season. Nene claimed:

I don’t know if I have the patience for another season – all those women arguing is draining.

Haven’t we heard all this before from NeNe? According to NeNe her co-stars attitudes is making her question if she should re-sign with the show once her contract is up. Why? Let NeNe tell it, her colleagues envy is the driving force behind her decision. NeNe States:

They’re absolutely jealous. No ifs, ands or buts about that. I feel like girls are purposefully hired to gang up on me – doing exactly what they’re told, like robots. The show has opened up so many doors for me, but it has a negative side.

Ok, NeNe. Keep on with your positivity there…

The outspoken Bajan beauty revealed on Instagram photos from her shoot, where she paid homage to her love for the 1975 Steven Spielberg classic film Jaws, where she discusses how she keeps away from the figurative sharks of life. Rihanna remarked:

I try my best to avoid the sharks of life, but I have had my share of experiences with them, and in those cases I just have to handle them accordingly. But I do not swim with sharks … sharks swim with sharks.

This has got to be one of the GOAT’s for badgalriri’s cover shoots!

Scandal’s super spy Guillermo Diaz paid a visit couch side with the ladies of The Real today where he gave some juicy details on what’s cracking with his alter ego Huck, now that the hit Shonda Rhimes political series is back from break. We all know Huck’s home girl Olivia (Kerry Washington) has been kidnapped and thrown in some funky makeshift prison (but manicure looking fresh), but is the troubled ex-secret agent man going to be up to? Diaz stated:

I guess one little thing I can say is that Huck is gonna have scenes with a couple of characters that he’s never had scenes with before and he’s gonna be in places he’s never been before. Like characters you’d never expect Huck and this character to be together on the show…that’s gonna happen! That’s a little something, right?

As long as he and Quinn (Katie Lowes) cut out that freaky angry sex we’re good.

Empire scene stealer Taraji P. Henson is throwing her support behind the NOH8 campaign. The non profit organization was created bring awareness to support the rights of the LGBT community, after the passage of California’s controversial Proposition 8. Prop 8 was the state’s Constitutional ban for same-sex marriage, which has since been ruled unconstitutional in 2010.  Both Taraji and her onscreen son Jussie Smollett (Jamal) have posed for pictures to bring awareness for the end of homophobia. Meanwhile, Empire’s ratings have yet AGAIN gone up. Last night’s episode snagged a total 11.36 million viewers, up from last week’s 11.07!
