According to TMZ - a woman (Agostina Laneri) that Columbus Short got pregnant claims the actor threatened to kill Jamie Foxx. The woman got a restraining order against Short last week. She claims that Short told her that you should be very afraid of me right now. According to documents obtained by TMZ - Laneri claims he ssaid - "If I choose to kill one of these n****s ... I will do that. I'm that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked [murdered] Jamie Foxx." She says he then went on, "Y'all should be very afraid. Very afraid." She also claims Short has hit her son. He's been ordered to stay 100 yards from Laneri and her son. Source: TMZ
