You know how every weekend you might sit on the couch and catch up on all your favorite TV shows or Netflix? Well, it turns out that it is unhealthy. The reason being that studies have proven that we are more likely to turn to the most unhealthiest snacks. This does not mean you have to cancel chill Saturdays. The only change that will need to be made is what you eat while watching TV all day. A suggestion may be to switch that junk food out with healthy foods.
