If you have some extra cash hidden under the sofa, Hip-hop pioneer Kool Moe Dee’s song catalog is ready to be sold to the highest bidder. The auction website Royalty Exchange is auctioning off 135 songs by the rapper for a starting bid of 36-thousand-dollars. Among the songs up for grabs are his hits “Wild Wild West,” “I Got To Work” and “How Ya Like Me Now.” Music by Kool Moe Dee — who was also an original member of the Treacherous Three — has been featured in films such as “Boyz n the Hood” and “Love & Basketball.” His song “Wild Wild West” was also the inspiration for Will Smith’s song of the same name from the film “Wild Wild West.” The auction will end on January 15th.
