New study showed that 40 people who do yoga tend to have healthier body mass index, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Yoga is also said to effectively control or reduce the risks of cardiovascular disease. If you don’t like to do aerobics exercise try yoga. It’s just as healthy and it is a stress reliever.
