D’Angelo is back with new music after nearly 15-years. Early Monday morning the singer released his long-awaited third album, “Black Messiah.” The album comes 14-years after the release of his sophomore album, “Voodoo,” arrived in early 2000. The album’s release comes as a surprise to most since the album’s title was just announced last week. On Sunday, D’Angelo unveiled the project’s first single, “Sugah Daddy.” The song was released as part of Red Bull’s 20-Before-15 series. While the song’s studio version just hit airwaves, D’Angelo started performing it at live shows back in 2012. “Black Messiah” is available via iTunes.
