Convicted Murderer ‘Dares’ Judge to Give Him Death Penalty [VIDEO]
James Herard, 24, a former gang member from Florida was convicted of a brutal armed robbery in 2008 at a Dunkin Donuts in Tamarac, Florida. In Herards recent court appearance (where he is actually trying to get a sentence overturned), he taunted the judge and dared them to give him the death penalty.
