Beyonce killed her Video Vanguard performance at last months MTV Video Music Awards, and now, Queen Bey gives you a peek behind the curtain to see all of the antics that took place before and after she took the stage.

This behind-the-scenes glimpse shows Bey stressing out over being allowed one full rehearsal run-through before the 16-minute live performance. We also get a look at the rush to get dancers painted white, per on-the-spot request, and the last-minute issues the crew had with building the stage.
