Could You Get Lice While Taking A Selfie?
It sounds crazy but could you possibly get lice from taking a selfie? Well – the short is answer is yes. Whenever you or your kids touch heads with someone else, there’s always a chance that lice could crawl from one scalp to another.
The Indianapolis Star interviewed Karen Sokoloff, co-owner of Lice Doctors said, “Are selfies…a minor contributor? Possibly yes,” she said.
Before you take a selfie, share a comb or borrow a pillow, think twice when rubbing heads.
