Indy could learn if will host the 2018 Super Bowl Tuesday. The Indianapolis delegation is in Atlanta and will make the final pitch behind Minneapolis and New Orleans. Colts owner Jim Irsay spoke publicly on Monday for the first time since he was arrested in March for driving under the influence. He says he feels “decent,” but has a long way to go “from a rehab standpoint.” Irsay is a part of the delegation. The NFL owners are expected to vote Tuesday.
