Former “Scandal” star Columbus Short has officially pleaded not guilty to a bar fight case. He is currently facing a felony charge of aggravated battery after he allegedly knocked out a man at Gabe’s Bar and Grill while at an engagement party. The victim was unconscious and received treatment for a broken nose. He reportedly wanted to settle the case financially but that option was axed after he was let go from “Scandal.”If found guilty, he could spend 4 years behind bars.
In the meantime, he’s still facing accusations from his estranged wife Tanee McCall-Short who claims that he threatened her and broke into their home. She filed for divorce for a third time. The two have been married for 8 years.
