Almost five years after his death, Michael Jackson is poised to return to the album charts with the release of “Xscape .”

After getting the green light  from his estate, Epic records boss Antonio “L.A.” Reid enlisted some of today’s most in-demand producers to work their magic on eight castoff songs that Jackson recorded between 1983 and 1999. Xscape‘s first single, the duet with Justin Timberlake, “Love Never Felt So Good,” was co-written by Jackson and Paul Anka back in 1983.  A second track titled, “Blue Gangsta,” was just released last week. Coming up this Sunday  at the Billboard Music Awards there will be a special tribute to Jackson which  organizers hint they will be presenting Jackson “like you’ve never seen him before.”

The show airs on ABC at 8/7c. Tune in Sunday night…
