Ellen Degeneres’ infamous Oscar night selfie didn’t only break Twitter and earn the most RTs ever, it was retweeted more than 3 million times and made $3 million for charity! Ellen used a Samsung smartphone to take the picture featuring A-List celebrities like Lupita Nyong’o, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Copper (not to mention Lupita’s brother who was a genius and photobombed the picture). To celebrate the 3 million RTs, Samsung is giving $3 million to the charity of her choice! How amazing is that?!
