The two people accused of shooting a taxi driver Monday night on the northwest side are now behind bars. IMPD arrested a 16-year-old Wednesday morning and 18-year-old Landon Tompkins several hours later. Both have been charged with attempted murder in the assault of Ricardo White. Four guns were seized when police served a search warrant on the location where the younger teen was taken into custody. The men were caught on video surveillance camera from inside the taxi. IMPD Lieutenant Chris Bailey says tips from the public helped them find the suspects.
