Frankfort Police say they’ve located 4-year-old Brennon Linscott. Apparently the child was not really missing or in any danger. Linscott had been reported missing around 2 a.m. Friday morning with the story he was last seen at the Speedway gas station in Frankfort sleeping on the backseat of his dad’s truck. Fox 59 says the boy’s father told police he forgot he dropped his son off at a friend’s house Thursday night. Police found the child at the friend’s house safe and sound.  They are asking the dad more questions.

It was there that she says the sex act took place. The young woman was treated at St. Vincent Hospital. Butler and its police department are investigating. So far no arrests have been made.
