'Tamar & Vince' [RECAP]: Tamar Fears Motherhood

Our favorite reality couple, Tamar and Vince, are back for another season of, “Tamar & Vince” on WETV. Cameras were there to document Tamar’s pregnancy despite months of refusing to trade in her banging body and ability to drop it like it’s hot for a baby bump and stroller.

Since Tamar’s pregnancy was unplanned, she feared that she wouldn’t be able to continue to work with a big ol’ pregnant belly. Luckily for her, her “baby daddy” was right by her side through it all and reassured her that everything would work out according to God’s will. Amen to that!

Papa Braxton Refuses To Move In With Tamar & Vince

Now that Tamar was pregnant, she needed all of the help she could get especially since she refused to let a little baby bump and swollen feet stop her from working. Since her mother was already living in LA with the couple, Tamar decided that she would enlist her father to come and live with them too for extra help–after all, Tamar was daddy’s little girl so it was a no brainer that he HAD to help.

Tamar was shocked that Papa Braxton turned down the offer to move in since his new wife probably wouldn’t like him and his ex wife, Evelyn, under the same roof. Papa Braxton also wanted to enjoy his retirement years in peace without living in a chaotic house with a pregnant woman and her husband, his ex wife and soon to be baby grandson. And who could blame him!?

Meetings, Meetings & More Meetings

Tamar and Vince were in New York for a meeting with her record label. Despite being over five months pregnant, she was ready to work and refused to miss a beat. She was getting ready to embark on a promotional tour for her new single and upcoming album and wondered how she would be able to hide her growing belly from the public. Tamar and Vince decided that it was time to release another single very soon and while Tamar wanted “Hot Sugar” to be the second single, Vince insisted on “The One.” We all know how that argument panned out, and it looked like Vince made the right decision considering that Tamar’s single, “The One” was a huge success!

After spending time in New York, they all jetted off to Chicago to start the promo tour. Tamar was nervous about performing in front of her fans for the first time since becoming pregnant and feared that everyone would think she was fat instead of carrying baby Logan. Aside from her weight gain, Tamar was also worried about the sound system not working, wardrobe malfunctions and everything else that could possibly go wrong before a performance. After a mini meltdown backstage, Tamar got herself together after reassurance from her hubby and hit the stage, giving an amazing performance.

Tamar Reveals She’s Scared Of Being A Bad Mom

Once the tour bus arrived at the next stop in Florida, Vince suggested that he and Tamar take a walk along the beach where they could spend some time alone. Tamar revealed to her husband that she was afraid of becoming a mother and taking care of someone else’s life. She only had to take care of herself and Vince for so long and now she would have to take care of another person, and we all know that would be a big adjustment for Tamar. Vince reassured her that she would be fantastic and that God would lead them to be great parents. It’s moments like these when we see just why Tamar fell in love with Vince, and why Vince fell in love with Tamar. They’re perfect for each other!
