A British man famous for turning in a suspect to police while dressed as Batman is now accused of burglary alongside the same suspect.

Stan Worby, 39, who was dubbed the “Bradford Batman” when he dressed as the super hero in February to bring friend Daniel Frayne, 27, to the police station to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant, was arrested Sunday alongside Frayne and charged with burglary, The Daily Telegraph reported Tuesday.

West Yorkshire Police said Worby and Frayne were pulled over around 4 a.m. Sunday and arrested on allegations of burglarizing $1,179 worth of power tools from a Bradford garage.

The two are scheduled to appear in court April 26.
