Teen Struck by Vehicle Near 33rd and Denny

It appears the child will be okay. A John Marshall student was bumped by a turning school bus Friday morning just before 7am near 33rd and North Denny. The girl was taken to Community East Hospital to be treated, but her injuries are not serous. IPS officials say, she was running to catch the bus as the bus was turning. The victim’s name is not available.
