Usher’s ex-wife and baby mama Tameka Raymond has 60 days to move.
Now that the custody battle is over, the R&B crooner gave Tameka notice that putting the 12,000 sq. ft. house up for sale. Just in time for holiday season.
He originally purchased the home in 2007 for $3 million and has let Tameka live there after they split. In their 2009 divorce papers they agreed he could sell the home at anytime.
Sources say Tameka is NOT happy about it since she has no income as a celebrity and has been pretty dependent on Usher since the divorce. But he says he gave her many chances to get it together.
It hasn’t been reported how much he plans to sell it for. Wonder who’s gonna buy it.
