A public flasher’s website titled D**kFlash.com is reportedly targeting African-American women with their predatory acts.
Users of the site share stories and discuss the best ways to get away with flashing women. According to Jezebel.com, some users suggest flashing African-American women because they are unlikely to report it to the police:
“No white women over the age of 25 unless you have a wicked getaway plan. Flash Asian women or black women, Asian’s are too embarrassed to call the cops and black women think it’s funny,” one user stated.
