Biggie Smalls was honored in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York Monday. The Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation is changing the name of the intersection where the rapper grew up to Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace Way. Biggie Smalls was gunned down in Los Angeles in 1997. Fans came out in the rain for this occasion along with Biggie’s mother and his children. The street renaming honors what would have been his 47th birthday last month.
